    What can I upload?

    You can upload a readable PDF or Word document (.docx), or paste the contract text. Start with an agreement you are entitled to use, and review the prepared result before making a new contract from it.

    Can the other party sign in Contracks.ai?

    The questionnaire collects information for the agreement; it is not an electronic signature. Prepare the signature section, export your PDF and use your preferred method to get it signed.

    What information is processed by AI?

    AI providers receive the contract text you upload for processing. Optional features can also send company documents and signer-provided answers for analysis or suggestions. Remove personal or confidential information that is not needed, and only upload information you are authorised to share.

    Can I use the same contract again?

    Yes. Save a prepared contract as your own template, then create a new independent contract from it. Reuse your fields and preferred styling, and change the details for the next agreement.

    How much does it cost?

    Contracks.ai is currently free to use during the public beta, with usage limits. Paid plans are planned for later. The product is still being tested, so review all generated content and keep your original documents.
